February 3rd already, and we are in New Zealand. We went to the Antarctic Center on arrival and experience 28 mph wind in a sample of what life is like down there. Now I know why I don't live in WI anymore. It was the same thing! Today we went to Akaroa Harbour where the sun was shinning and it was very warm, except on our harbour tour where the wind was cold and required a jacket. It was a wonderful trip seeing dolphins, seals, penguins and many birds, not to mentions the breathtaking scenery. It was outstanding! There is so much to do each day it is simply amazing and the time is flying by. We are truly enjoying this adventure!
