Today our tour included a day trip to Valparaiso Chili. The city is 900,000 population. It is spread out over the hills overlooking the sea. Normally weather is misty in the morning, but as it has been with our trip, weather was perfectly sunny, and rather warm. It is still a poor city, but a lot of motion and activity. Take a look.
